It is important that you keep track of your changes. During that period, you will have to work offline if you need to create any new projects in SOLIDWORKS or make modifications in existing projects. You will not be able to make any further modifications to the vault – that is, you will not be able to add or modify files, delete files, create new projects, take or release ownership and so forth. After that moment, the Workgroup vault will still be available, but will be read-only. Your IT Department or the person responsible for the implementation will advise you when it is time to check-in all your files.
